I first visit Kaziranga way back in 2002, as well as the Eco-camp at Nameri, from where I took an exhilerating walking safari into the park. Perched on an old watch tower about to collapse and only 20 feet off the ground. myself and the forest guard watched an elephant with her calf come to the nearby waterhole; incredible experience!
