I guess you will have to keep trying. All you have to do is get permissions from the forest office that is on the way from meppady to chembra estate. They will charge you their standard fees. Pay it and off you can go. If you wish to camp at Chembra, then that is a dicey matter and you will have to get permissions from the forest office at Kalpetta. <br /><br />Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more info.
