Then how come it becomes national officially or unofficially.? And you have written un-official is English. But now, you are reversing your words. Any how, Hindi is not the ONLY official language in India.. There are 22 official languages in our country as per constitution. Refer 8th schedule. Central govt is using Hindi, English and States are using their own official languages. I hope you know the difference between 'national' and 'official'. There is nothing legal question here.. I have pointed out a factual error or wrong information in an informative website like this. I can understand where you are from and that's why I believe you can understand better than others. Also being a traveler, I thought you would know better. According to you, if there is something called unofficial national language, that is your view as you said. But that is NOT the fact.
