The Famous Tuk Tuk of Sri Lanka
Like the auto rickshaws in India, the Tuk Tuks are quite the attraction in Sri Lanka. Most of them are built by Indian auto manufacturers and hence look the same in terms of structure and chassis design, but in terms of colour and decoration, I quite like the Sri Lankan Tuk Tuks to the Indian auto rickshaws.
The Tuk Tuks look peppy unlike the cliché standard colours of their Indian counterparts. I didn’t get an opportunity to travel in one, but I sure did to admire them from the outside. I hope to travel in the Sri Lankan Tuk Tuks soon.
